May is the European Diversity Month for 2022! We would like to thank TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) who organized a very useful two days seminar related to ISO 30415:2021, the standard regarding Human Resource Management – Diversity & Inclusion. Paraskevi Filandra, EHSQ Executive of our company, participated to this seminar and she was excited about all the experience and knowledge she gained in this new ISO standard.
As per TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) , ISO 30415:2021 Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) provides guidance on D&I for organizations, including their boards of directors, senior hierarchy, workforce and recognised representatives and other stakeholders. It applies to all types of enterprises in different sectors, whether in public, private, governmental or non-governmental organizations (NGOs), regardless of size, type, activity, sector or sector, development phase, external influences and country-specific requirements.
